A pre-production meeting is required before booking a new project to ensure that everyone is well prepared and that there is an understanding of the needs and expectations of both the client and the studio. This meeting is preferred to be in person, but accommodations can be made if that is absolutely not possible.
To secure a booking, FouchéMuzik requires a minimum deposit of 1/4 of the estimated total, or the equivalent of 1 hour of studio time per session, whichever is greater. No new session will be booked without a deposit. This deposit will be credited towards the services you receive. This deposit is refundable if the session is cancelled or rescheduled a minimum 72 hours (3 Days) prior to the scheduled start time. Please click here to pay your deposit online. Larger deposits will be required to reserve multiple days.
You may cancel or reschedule your single day session up to 72 hours (3 Days) before start time. Single Day sessions cancelled after the 72 hour deadline will result in loss of deposit. Cancellations of multiple blocked days require 7 days advance notice. In the event an engineer has to cancel a session we will notify you immediately to reschedule the session.
Day of Session
Please arrive on time to your session. Allow 10-15 extra minutes for parking. Please bring all musical instruments and backup items you may need.
Please limit your number of total guests to 2 people max. This ensures a smooth session and less distraction for the artist, engineers, and others working in the studio. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave at any time for any reason.
Your Data Files
We make every effort to keep your data files safe during the duration of your project. Because unexpected equipment failures or other circumstances may occur, we advise clients to purchase their own hard drives to store this data. After a project has been completed we are not responsible for keeping copies of your files and masters. Files will only be released to clients who do not owe a balance.
Payment is due in full at the time of service. We accept cash, checks (at our discretion), and credit cards.
